Conscience, our internal moral guide
Because of the competitive aspect of life, it is important for us to remain mindful that we all have a conscience, an internal moral guide that God built into the spirit of each one of us and in many ways built into the spirit of all life. So the motivation to be a good person, the capacity to make good decisions and the ability to work well with other people is within all of us.
I personally feel a fundamental part of my conscience, my internal moral guide, in my upper chest area. It's interesting that in the bible it mentions putting on the breast plate of righteousness in reference to preparing for spiritual war. Ephesians 6:14-16 NKJV (New King James Version) "14 Stand therefore, having guirded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace, 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one."
It's also interesting that the upper chest area is where the thymus gland is located in the human body. The thymus gland is part of the endocrine system and plays an important role in our immune system. The thymus gland is also known in Hinduism and in the Edgar Cayce "readings" (please see chapter 8) as one of the seven spiritual centers of the body. I write more about the seven spiritual centers of the body in chapter 12.
You can strengthen your conscious connection to your internal moral guide by spending time being mindful that you have a conscience, an internal moral guide.
I use meditation in the morning to build into the depths of my consciousness and sub-consciousness the fact that I have a conscience, an internal moral guide and the importance for me to be mindful that I have a conscience (please see chapter 6). Our internal moral guides strengthen our abilities to discern right from wrong and strengthen our abilities to make good decisions. You can strengthen your abilities with respect to anything by exercising your conscience, your internal moral guide on that subject or decision.
You are not just simply your thoughts, you have a minds eye
You are not just simply your thoughts. The real you is your conscience, your internal moral guide, your soul, that God built into the spirit of each one of us and in many ways built into the spirit of all life, as I've already mentioned. I believe the idea that you are not just simply your thoughts has been around for thousands of years and I think John 3:8, a direct quote that is attributed to Jesus Christ in the new testament, is possibly a biblical reference to this concept, although I'm not interested in trying to convince anyone of that. If this is true, then in addition, I also think it is possibly a reference to the idea of being baptised by the Holy Spirit. John 3:8 NKJV "The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from or where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the spirit."
Thoughts are a natural part of the process of thinking and communicating, although it is important to recognize that you have a "minds eye" and exercising your minds eye gives you supervisory control over your thoughts and therefore gives you supervisory control over your actions and life.
Thoughts and emotions are often intertwined with each other and we can easily manage both of them simultaneously. I explain more about this process in chapter 5.
I've noticed that I can reduce the amount of effort it takes to exercise my minds eye while I'm in the process of thinking about and or communicating with other people by keeping in mind that they're family and that I need to be supportive of them. I've found that this thought helps guide me through any and every situation and or interaction I have with other people. I try to treat all other people as if they were family because I believe we are all a part of the family of Jesus Christ and God. I use the words "as if they were family" because if younger people read this I want to make sure they don't let their personal trust guard down with people they do not know.
Trying to be a positive and constructive person is a common objective. When you try to become more positive and constructive you become more positive and constructive and you notice that your state of mind is more positive and constructive and this elevates your sense of well being and elevates the sense of well being of those around you.
They're family, be supportive and I'm positive and constructive are two thoughts I try to keep in mind and I refer back to these two thoughts often in this book because of their effectiveness of neutralizing negative energy and providing a positive and constructive framework to guide every situation and or interaction into a positive and constructive solution or resolution.
Sometimes when I think, I'm positive and constructive, I include objective or unassuming, when I'm in a challenging situation and think some critical thinking reinforcement could be helpful.
I'm obviously not suggesting these are my original ideas. I believe these ideas have been around for thousands of years on Earth, if not longer.
Using a positive and constructive framework for everything that is not life threatening is possible and so is being constructive no matter how bad or life threatening things are.
If, for example, there is something that needs to be corrected, instead of making a negative statement about it, we can use a positive and constructive framework in those situations and if appropriate, provide positive, constructive criticism.
Everyone is okay with attempts at good humor although we need to be mindful of always using a tempered approach, an empathetic, sympathetic approach with people. A genuine approach and not a mocking approach.
Our minds are like software on a computer. We have the capacity to re-pattern or reprogram our minds and we have already begun to explain how this process works. Your mind will tune to how you focus and what you focus on. Our re-patterned, reprogramed minds develop different thoughts and different thought patterns.
You can also exercise your will and minds eye to accomplish anything you rationally want, at least in some form or fashion. You can exercise your will and minds eye to make progress and improvements for you and for those around you. For example, if you want to become something that is difficult to achieve, like becoming an astronaut, it's possible you could end up only becoming a scientist or a science teacher or a lab technician. Nonetheless, becoming a scientist or a science teacher or a lab technician are all significant accomplishments.
The following is an example from my personal life explaining how I used this information to make an important improvement in my life.
When I decided I needed to stop smoking cigarettes, I realized it was only a matter of hours that I would have the thought to have a cigarette. Sure enough, hours later I had the thought and I was ready for it. I recognized the thought for what it was, just a thought. I used my minds eye to separate myself from the thought and that neutralized the power of that thought. I then continued on with my day. When that same unwanted thought again came to mind I would just recognize it for what it was, just a thought, and disregard it and continue on with my day and continue to focus my mind and attention on other things. In other words, I would reject the thought and continue to focus my mind and attention on other things.
I continued to use this technique and never had a cigarette again.
If you don't act on an unwanted thought, that thought will begin to fade away and then go away completely. At most those thoughts will become a distant memory with a lot of separation between you and those thoughts, rendering them neutralized and harmless.
To be honest, approx. 10 years later I did buy one pack of cigarettes. I knew the desire to continue could come back and it did to some degree, although I exercised my will and minds eye and the desire went away after approx. 2 and 1/2 days, as I recall. Cigarettes are very physically addicting and the physical side effects from quitting (blood vessel constriction, high blood pressure) lasted approx. 4 days as I recall.
You can exercise your will and minds eye to separate yourself from unwanted thoughts and therefore neutralize those thoughts. In other words, you can exercise your will and minds eye to recognize the separation between you and unwanted thoughts, and that neutralizes those unwanted thoughts.
Using this technique you will be able to successfully navigate through those moments and unwanted thoughts.
Focusing your mind and attention on other things, could include a substitution technique. For example, you can try taking a walk as an occasional substitute or try consuming something that is not harmful and not addicting as part of a plan to eliminate something harmful or unwanted from your life.
Again, exercising your minds eye gives you supervisory control over your thoughts and therefore gives you supervisory control over your actions and life.
I was introduced to the concept that we are not just simply our thoughts by Ken Roberts and Guy Finley, and it is my understanding that they credit Vernon Howard for introducing them to this concept. It was after being introduced to this concept that I recognized this was possibly one of the teachings attributed to Jesus Christ in the bible.
The psychological concept of living in the present moment
We live our lives one moment at a time and there is a psychological concept that is referred to as living in the present moment. The concept of living in the present moment is the concept of focusing our mind and attention on taking care of things in the present moment we are in and not thinking about all of the other things that need to be done in the future or thinking about something negative from the past (please keep in mind that in chapter 10 of this book I explain how to neutralize and psychologically resolve anything negative from the past).
Focusing our mind and attention on the moment we are in helps us be productive, alleviates anxiety, and helps us break large projects down into manageable tasks. Whether our objective is to complete a large project today or in the next ten or twenty years, the strategy remains the same.
This perspective also alleviates anxiety about future events because instead of spending time having anxiety about some event in the future we are instead spending time focusing our mind and attention on preparing for the event so when that event is in the present moment, we are ready and prepared for that moment.
This is not about the pursuit of perfection or an expectation of perfection. This is just a useful concept that can potentially help us manage our lives.
The biblical reference paraphrased is "take care of today and let tomorrow take care of tomorrow." Matthew 6:34 NKJV "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about it's own things. Sufficient for the day is it's own trouble."
I try to focus on what I'm working on at any given moment. If you aren't actually doing something, you can bring your mind and attention back into the present moment by focusing on the details of the actual physical environment you are in or the details of a physical object.
I learned these useful concepts about living in the present moment from Ken Roberts, Guy Finley and Vernon Howard. It was only after learning these concepts that I recognized the full meaning of the biblical reference.
Also, please keep in mind that making lists of things to do helps keep us organized and that also helps alleviate anxiety.
The biology of the physical body and it's effects on our state of mind
The biological condition of the physical body can have effects on the body's state of mind. Therefore, it is important to give the physical body the nutrients it needs to optimize it's condition in order to minimize the potential for nutritional deficiencies to have negative effects on the body's state of mind.
Physical exercise is also an important part of optimizing the physical body's condition and is scientifically proven to naturally increase the level of substances in the body that contribute to our feeling of well being. Substances like dopamine and serotonin for example.
There is a lot of information and resources available about nutrition and exercise and I encourage people to develop and implement a healthy diet and exercise plan, if they haven't already.
Providing a comprehensive amount of information about nutrition and exercise is beyond the subject of this book, although I will mention that the Edgar Cayce readings (see chapter 8) emphasized that eating green leafy vegetables is good for your health and modern science has confirmed this to be true. It is most beneficial to consume them raw or steamed. Boiling them can potentially damage the nutrients and therefore lessen their nutritional value.
From a psychological stand point, I believe I have experienced my physical body being biologically depressed many times. These moments are psychologically challenging, however, I continue to implement the strategies detailed in this book and continue to make progress and work through those challenging times.
The physical body being biologically depressed and psychological depression are also often intertwined with each other and we can also manage both of them simultaneously by implementing the strategies detailed in this book.
Thoughts and emotions are often intertwined with each other and we can easily manage both of them simultaneously
Emotions are a natural part of our lives and they have purpose in our lives. The fight or flight emotional response is built into us for physical survival purposes.
However, emotions can be very powerful and they can work for us or against us. Emotions have the potential to override people's normal state of civilized reasoning and that can lead to people doing things that may not necessarily be in their best interest or in the best interest of those around them.
Using our minds eye we can recognize unplanned and unexpected surges or slowly building levels of negative emotions and the negative thoughts that accompany them as signs or signals that something is not right in our world and or the world of those we are interacting with.
It is important to recognize negative thoughts and negative emotions only as signs or signals and to not act on them and let them take control of our consciousness and actions.
Regardless of understanding why these negative thoughts and negative emotions are occurring (I provide information about that throughout this chapter) the solution and next two thoughts for me is always the same.
Again, I've found that the two thoughts that I've already mentioned help guide me through any and every situation and or interaction I have with other people. These thoughts neutralize negative energy and provide the positive and constructive framework to guide interactions into a positive and constructive solution or resolution.
Recognizing negative thoughts and negative emotions only as signs or signals and not letting them take control of our consciousness and actions, gives us the ability to remain calm and manage any situation in a positive and constructive manner. Being part of the solution and resolving any problem and not adding to any problem.
So don't be offended if someone projects an unjustified negative state towards you. Recognize that anyone projecting an unjustified negative state towards you, including a negative overreaction or being overly critical, is a sign their having challenges in their own lives. So if someone offends you or verbally attacks you, if you can recognize what is happening, it will not bother you and you'll be able to calmly psychologically navigate through the situation because you understand the problem is not with you. Having this understanding will also put you in the best frame of mind to possibly even help this person, if you react in a positive and constructive way. How you react to an event can make all the difference and can help neutralize any negative potential.
Again, always be mindful of using a tempered approach, an empathetic, sympathetic approach with people. A genuine and thorough approach and not a mocking approach.
I learned about this psychological concept of understanding unjustified negativity from Ken Roberts, Guy Finley and Vernon Howard.
Adding to this concept, it is beneficial to keep in mind that, if you can, take care of things that are agitating and irritating and don't let these frustrations build up inside of you. That's my paraphrased version of the words of wisdom that I read on a website for a medical school. This was over a decade ago and I'm not 100% sure about the name of the medical school. If I ever obtain the name of the medical school, I will be sure to include that information in this book.
Often these unplanned and unexpected surges or slowly building levels of negative emotions and the negative thoughts that accompany them happen as a result of our interaction with other human beings. If they happen as a result of an interaction with a pet, then whether you think of that pet as a friend or as a family member, it doesn't change how you interact with them.
One very common tactic used to manipulate and control people is through the use of creating surges or slowly building levels of emotion to override people's normal reasoning capabilities. To get people to think a certain way about something and or to get people to do something that may not necessarily be in their best interest or in the best interest of those around them.
The use of chemicals, drugs and or weaponized wireless energy are all tactics used to create surges or slowly building levels of negative emotions and harmful thoughts, in addition to overriding people's normal state of civilized reasoning.
Always be mindful of your opportunity to be a positive and constructive person and ability to reject negative and harmful thoughts and ideas.
Always be mindful of your ability to use your minds eye to have supervisory control over your thoughts and emotions and therefore supervisory control over your actions and life.
With these things in mind, the ability of unlawful rebel forces to psychologically interfere, influence and or control our lives is neutralized.
Trying to do what's right at all times for all that will be effected keeps your spirit and conscience healthy and your relationships with other people, Jesus Christ and God strong.
Christian wisdom and faith provide psychological stability, strength, self-worth and well being
I'm a christian and I'm very thankful that I was born into a christian family. It is the christian wisdom and faith, that includes the belief in the opportunity to receive eternal heavenly life in Jesus Christ's and God's eternal heavenly kingdom that gives me my psychological stability, strength, self-worth and well being.
My conscience gives me a sense of a connection with Jesus Christ and God and a sense of a moral responsibility to all of God's creation. In other words, if people prefer, having a conscience gives us a sense of a connection with a moral universe.
If you are not already a christian, you're invited to become one. The bible tells us to pray to God in Jesus Christ's name. I provide more information about christianity in chapter 9.
I've found spending some time each morning praying and meditating helps prepare me for the day. They're family, be supportive and I'm positive and constructive are two thoughts I meditate on in the morning. To build them into the depths of my consciousness and sub-consciousness.
As I mentioned in chapter 1, I also use meditation in the morning to build into the depths of my consciousness and sub-consciousness the fact that I have a conscience, an internal moral guide and the importance for me to be mindful that I have a conscience.
I also use meditation in the morning to build into the depths consciousness and sub-consciousness the idea that my constant state of mind is a constant state of well being.
My objective is to sub-consciously prepare me for and maintain me through any and every moment of the day. For my own benefit and for the benefit of those around me.
Here again, I'm not suggesting these are my original ideas. I believe these ideas have been used in meditation for thousands of years, if not longer.
I often spend 5 minutes or less praying and meditating in the morning and I know from experience that even that amount is helpful, although I believe I would benefit from spending more time praying and meditating in the morning.
Establishing that our constant state of mind is a constant state of well being
I believe it's possible for people to establish a constant state of mind where they are at peace with themselves and no matter who or what challenges their psychological stability or self-worth, it does not effect them, because they have an understanding of themselves and understand how to control their actions and lives, for their own benefit and for the benefit of those around them.
Yes, a constant state of well being, with a constant list of things to do and a constant list of objectives, goals and challenges. I believe this is a healthy, productive and realistic approach to life.
A constant list of things to do should have enjoyable activities on it in addition to the other things that need to be done. Even if you don't have much leisure time you can still have plenty of enjoyable activities in your life. “Don’t forget to stop and smell the roses.”
I encourage people to take their educational opportunities seriously and focus on developing and maintaining a long term career plan. Therefore, if you happen to feel you are underemployed or underpaid for several years, you'll be able to live with that because you have a long term career plan perspective.
Mr. Edgar Cayce and the Edgar Cayce readings
Mr. Edgar Cayce was a self proclaimed christian and learning about him strengthened my christian faith because at the very least, he was evidence of a supernatural phenomenon and if what he was able to do was possible, then in my mind, the reality of the life and achievement of Jesus Christ and God was also possible. I have a lot of respect for Mr. Edgar Cayce.
Edgar Cayce could put himself to sleep and while in that unconscious state, people could ask him questions and he would give them answers. When he would wake up, he had no recollection of what he had said while he was asleep, in the unconscious state. I believe the general understanding was that he could tap into the "Universal Mind". The information communicated by Edgar Cayce while in his unconscious state is commonly referred to as the "readings" and I think most of his unconscious work was done in the first half of the 20th century. I believe most of the readings involved answering people's personal health questions, however, I did read somewhere that he even did readings for the U.S. Government, although to my knowledge, that information was never publicly disclosed.
Even in his conscious state he was clairvoyant. For example, he knew peoples’ names without being provided that information. I do not know if he knew everyone's name without being provided that information.
The Edgar Cayce readings do provide a lot of information about a lot of different subjects including reincarnation. I believe a lot of his information on the subject of physiology has been researched and validated. Nerve impingement along the spine and other places was a consistent theme. For example, a nerve impingement along the spine could cause a deficiency of nerve supply to an organ and that could cause the organ to lose its ability to properly function. The readings stated that quick and forceful muscular skeletal adjustments were to be avoided. Osteopathic medical philosophy remedies was a consistent theme in the readings.
I believe you have to be cautious with respect to the information contained in the Edgar Cayce readings. I do not take all of the information as if that was all the information there is to know about any given topic or subject.
I believe I should also mention that I think Mr. Edgar Cayce said something in one of his lectures that he gave while in his conscious state that doesn't sound correct. Either that or it was erroneously transcribed. He said that people could have different truths about the same thing. I think truth and belief are different things that have separate definitions. The title of the lecture as transcribed was "What is Truth".
It is my understanding that he never qualified that statement. I do not believe he was suggesting that beliefs can become truths because obviously not just any belief has the ability to become a scientific or universal truth.
I'm very thankful that I learned about Edgar Cayce and I very much appreciate Matt, an old friend of mine, for informing me about him.
Basic information in the bible that I believe provides us an understanding of the world we live in
The information we have about Jesus Christ is important and his teachings have valuable, practical application in our lives, as we have already been potentially detailing thus far.
I understand the bible can be a controversial subject, nonetheless, I believe the bible does provide basic valid information when it comes to understanding the world we live in. This is in addition to the threads of wisdom that are woven into it.
According to the bible, mankind made at least one bad decision and it became necessary for God to send his son, Jesus Christ, to save humanity from the bondage of Satan. The bible prophesized that the son of God would be born, suffer, die, and be raised from the dead, thereby fulfilling the laws of God that were necessary to free humanity, Earth and all life on Earth from the bondage of Satan. This reveals to us the limitations of the power and authority of Satan.
It was an act of mercy on humanity that God performed by allowing his son to experience suffering and death on Earth.
All of this happened according to the bible. The bible goes on to state that Jesus Christ is now seated at the right hand of God in heaven and prophesizes that Jesus Christ will return to judge the living and the dead and his heavenly kingdom will have no end.
The bible encourages us to accept Jesus Christ as our lord and savior, and to try and live our lives according to his teachings. John 14:6 NKJV "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.' "
As christians, it's now just a matter of continuing to live our lives while we wait for the return of Jesus Christ for the judgement of God.
I believe it is important to note that in the book of John, when it refers to the antichrist, it states that there are many, not just one. 1 John 2:18 NKJV "Little children, it is the last hour, and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come, by which we know that it is the last hour."
The bible also tells us that human beings were created in the image of God. Genesis 1:26-27 NKJV "26 Then God said, 'Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creepy thing that creeps on the earth.' 27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them." I recognize the plural tense of "Then God said, 'Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness’ " and I accept that.
From a physical perspective, scientists have discovered that all human beings have some genetic flaws, therefore we are all somewhat flawed and obviously not physically perfect images of God. I'm also not suggesting human beings are spiritually perfect images of God either, even though, as I have already mentioned several times, I believe God built into the spirit of each one of us and in many ways built into the spirit of all life, a conscience, an internal moral guide.
How to genuinely maintain a healthy and vibrant state of mind, given the reality that no one is perfect and that making mistakes is a part of life.
No one is perfect and making mistakes is a part of life. I make mistakes all the time. Even though we all make mistakes, how we handle a mistake can make all the difference. We are all capable of recognizing and acknowledging our mistakes, separating ourselves from those mistakes using reason and logic, and also if possible, correcting or mitigating those mistakes to the best of our abilities. This gives us the opportunity to genuinely maintain a healthy and vibrant state of mind.
If you make a mistake and or do something you regret doing, there is no need to continue to dwell on that past mistake. The fact that you have regret is a good indication of a healthy conscience.
Many of our mistakes and or regrets happen because we get distracted from our conscience. It's usually either that or we didn't have good information or we didn't have any information at all or we were not at 100% with respect to our capabilities, or we weren't prepared enough or didn't have enough experience, or a situation was beyond our capacity to create or ensure satisfactory results.
Life is a learning and growth experience and our eternal lives are in God's hands.
What I do is acknowledge my mistakes and learn what I can from them. I apologize if appropriate, and correct or mitigate my mistakes to the best of my abilities. I pray to God, in Jesus Christ's name for forgiveness and then focus my mind and attention on the next moment as an opportunity to continue in my relationships with all of life.
Again, from my own personal experience I will say that trying to treat other people as if they were family helps limit my potential of making mistakes, or saying or doing something I regret.
Fasting is something people do for a variety of reasons. People fast for health reasons, to raise their conscious level of spiritual awareness, and for repentance and reconciliation with God.
Fasting can potentially be dangerous to your health and safety therefore I cannot recommend people fast beyond possibly skipping a portion of a meal.
Matthew 6:17-24 NKJV "17 but you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, 18 so that you do not appear to men to be fasting, but to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly."
Thinking of life as a sport is a healthy strategy. In sports, no one is 100% successful with each and every play or event. If someone isn't successful in one play or event, they still have the rest of the game and or the rest of the season or career to play. The same is true in life, we all still have the rest of our lives to live.
When thinking of life as a sport being a healthy strategy, I'm obviously referring here to the personal challenge aspect of sports and not the competitive aspect of sports.
Please keep in mind Ephesians 2:8-9 NKJV "8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast."
I believe the most important thing in life is our relationship with God, our creator and judge. I believe the best way to build, grow and maintain our relationships with God is by continuing to try and live as a positive and constructive member of God's creation, as a sign to God, that we are committed to being a positive and constructive member of his everlasting eternal creation.
Again I believe the two thoughts mentioned above helps give us the framework to accomplish the objective, goal, challenge of serving God by serving his creation.
No one knows you better than God, so don't worry or be concerned about what other people think about you. Yes, other people can decide whether or not they will hire you, for example, and that can have an influence on your life, yet ultimately, they are not your judge. Having faith in God that eventually things will work out for you is your true and everlasting source of strength that gives you the spiritual, mental, psychological and physical endurance to make it through tough times, even if you experience tough times throughout your entire lifetime.
God cares about you and is always with you. He knows your soul and the work you put into life, your efforts to do good, your ambitions, challenges, hopes, and prayers. Have faith in God.
Jesus Christ desired mercy and not sacrifice
Jesus Christ desired mercy and not sacrifice. This is a very important ideological and philosophical concept. Matthew 9:13 NKJV "13 But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy and not sacrifice. For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.' "
Yes, it was an act of mercy sacrifice for humanity that God performed by allowing his son to experience suffering and death on earth. That was a very unique situation that became necessary in order to fulfill the laws of God to free humanity, Earth and all life on Earth from the bondage of Satan. It was an exponentially greater act of mercy than it was sacrifice. The positive results far out weigh the suffering and physical death experience of God's son, Jesus Christ.
Yes, it takes making sacrifices (choices) in life to further ones growth and development. For example, instead of doing something entertaining the night before an important event you instead use that time to prepare for the event.
However, the concept of making sacrifices (choices) in life to further your and or your groups growth and development is a completely different concept than getting involved in the unnecessary, unjust sacrifice of other life beings.
The unnecessary and unjust intentional sacrifice of other life beings is a bad idea and can come in many forms, not just immediate physical death. I'm not referring here to the culturally accepted tradition of consuming meat products for dietary nutrition.
Self harm is also not a healthy idea and this book provides information about healthy alternative strategies.
I do yard maintenance and you can only do so much yard maintenance before you unintentionally injure or physically kill one or more of God's creations within the plant and or animal kingdoms. When this happens, I pray to God in Jesus Christ's name and spirit for that being of life. I pray that it will have eternal life in God's kingdom of Heaven.
Sometimes I use this type of prayer as an overall cover when I do yard work because of all of the unintentional injury and death I cause that I don't see. Also sometimes we are forced to intentionally physically kill one or more of God's creations as part of maintaining our environments and I use this type of prayer as an overall cover when this happens.
I believe humans are here on Earth to recognize that our lives are opportunities to use our intellectual abilities and material capabilities to provide quality support for all of God's creation on Earth and to protect and maintain the health, vitality and safety of the environment of Earth itself, including it's atmosphere. I believe this is what God expects of us.
I would not test or abuse the mercy of God. The consequences could be severe and eternal. I truly believe some people severely underestimate the authority and power of God and his willingness to exercise his vengeance.
Learning how to activate your spiritual centers
If you have ever gotten the "chills" when experiencing something profound or intense, you can relax, the seven spiritual centers of your body are alive and well. These type of events activate the spiritual centers of the body, releasing spiritual energy into the physical body, giving us those sensations that we feel.
I believe all human beings have the capacity to get the "chills" therefore I believe all human beings have the capacity to learn how to activate their spiritual centers at will and feel the soothing, radiating spiritual energy being released into their physical body any time they want.
The activation of your spiritual centers and release of spiritual energy into your physical body increases and or maintains the strength of your bioenergy and can be used to provide healing energy to other people, increasing and or maintaining the strength of their bioenergy.
I believe everyone does have their own unique bioenergy vibration and all people might not be a good bioenergy match with all other people.
I believe the health benefits could be scientifically proven and possibly someone has already done this. I do plan on doing some scientific research on this subject and if I’m able to observe any noticeable results I will publish that information.
It's also possible the biblical reference to being baptised by the Holy Spirit is a reference to learning how to activate the spiritual centers of the body, although I'm not interested in trying to convince anyone of that either.
A basic technique to activate the spiritual centers of the body at will is through the use of vibrational sound resonance. You can use your own voice, a triangle, a bell, a musical instrument or music that is designed to activate your spiritual centers. My advice is to first try and accomplish activating your spiritual centers using a triangle, a bell, or your own voice. I have not tried using a tuning fork although I think it’s possible it could work. You can try tapping the side of a wine glass or a bell very gently with a spoon, if you don't have a triangle or a set of tuning forks.
Using a sound recording of something that can create a sound resonance could make it easier to accomplish activating your spiritual centers because you can remain still and just listen and not have to be physically moving to create the sound.
When I first used my own voice to activate my spiritual centers, I would call out to God and or Jesus in a soft tone and it sometimes took several tries before I could feel any activation of my spiritual centers.
I did suddenly lose the feeling of my thymus spiritual center in 2019, and I believe other spiritual centers in my body have been diminished. I think there are those that can feel the activation of other people's spiritual centers and there are those that can take away other people's ability to feel their own personal spiritual centers, like what happened to me. No, I didn't lose any feeling of my conscience, it remained the same.
I think the feeling of any activation of any of your spiritual centers should be considered the reasonable objective. In other words, I think the feeling of any activation of any part of your soul body should be considered the reasonable objective.
Find a quiet space and quiet the mind. Relax and focus your mind on your breathing. It could take a day or two to create the mental space necessary for you to become sensitive to the spiritual centers of your body.
Eventually you will be able to activate your spiritual centers at will simply by just focusing your mind without having to use any external sound or visual. If after a decade of activating your spiritual centers of the body you are still unable to activate your spiritual centers without the use of an external input, then so be it. Strengthening the bioenergy of the body is the objective and it doesn't matter if you need an external sound or visual to achieve that. The end result is the same.
Currently I spend approx. 5 minutes or less, everyday, activating my spiritual body. I use a relaxation focused meditation. This is in addition to the morning routine that I mentioned earlier.
There is an official Edgar Cayce organization and they had a video for sale that provided information about the spiritual centers of the body. Included in the video was music that was designed to activate the spiritual centers of the body. I did buy the video and found that the music did help activate my spiritual centers. This was several decades ago although the video, or something similar is probably still available.
Some final words and conclusion
Be honest with other people and be honest with yourself. Do not compromise your integrity in your personal life or at work. Be a law abiding citizen.
It's good for people to know what the punishments are for criminal activity before they casually and carelessly get involved in illegal activity.
Physical withdrawal symptoms from both legal and illegal drugs can be very severe and potentially life threatening, therefore, if you want to eliminate these types of things from your life, please be sure to understand what specific resources you need, if any, to safely manage any short term physical withdrawal symptoms.
Intentionally doing something bad with the intention of doing something good later to make up for it is not a healthy strategy. I'm obviously not referring here to attempts of light hearted, harmless good fun.
No one should own anybody and I believe the number of human slaves on Earth is slowly being reduced and someday human slavery will no longer exist on Earth.
A mutual free will agreement of cooperation is the ideal for all of our relationships. No one should have to be in an abusive or oppressive relationship because of money, space, or for any reason. If you feel you are being abused and or oppressed, then try to find a mutual free will agreement of cooperation even if that means moving if you can.
If at all possible, do not commit suicide. Take into consideration the potential for the growth and development of your mind and soul from an eternal life perspective as a result of your challenges in life. Also take into consideration your conscience. That being stated, I do believe in end of life personal health care rights.
Education and genuine, quality information are both important and I thank all of the formal and informal educators I've had in my life for the opportunity to learn from them.
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. used the term "the moral universe" when he paraphrased Theodore Parker and I thank him for sharing those words of wisdom and for sharing his personal words of wisdom in his speeches and lectures that I listened to.
I quoted from the New King James version (NKJV) of the bible because it's a modern english version and therefore an easier to read version of the well known King James Bible.
I only provide this information in an attempt to be helpful, whether as new information or just as a helpful reminder. If you don't agree with some or all of this information, that's not a problem. All of this information is very conservative and certainly none of it is harmful.
